This group is about getting active for animals. Our calendar is generally used to post when we are going out to leaflet, do an information table, or otherwise educate the public about factory farming and animal rights. We also post fun events there and events from other local animal groups.
We also have local meetups in various areas of the bay. For example we have Clearwater, Tampa, Pasco, and St. Pete activists that do their own meetups and activities and send out alerts through this site.
You should join if you want to help farmed animals and educate others so that they can make a difference too!

July is National Hot Dog Month. (And Nation Veggie Dog Month)
To honor this American tradition and spread the word about factory farming, we are going to be giving away free veggie dogs in front of the Convention Center for lunch. We want to help people realize that they don't have to give up flavor in order to lead a compassionate lifestyle. Come down to the Convention Center and join us! Read more
