Pre-Save Our Sharks Dinner!

Here we goooooooooo.........

Ahead of the AMAZING event (http://vegan.meetup.c...) that's planned for the same evening I was thinking to myself......"Self, how about dinner?" to which I responded.... "Yeah, I guess I'll be hungry...."

And so, on that note, why not come and join me as I check out the newly renovated and reopened King's Cafe at 192 Augusta Ave.??? Not only am I certain that their food will be as delicious as ever but I was in there chatting with them just as they were finishing renovations and the place is BEAUTIFUL!

I'm thinking 5:45 pm as an arrival time which should give us a comfortable hour and a half-ish to nosh before walking over (about a 5min walk) to the show (for those who are attending).

For those who've never been (and gosh, you've been missing out!) King's Cafe is located at 192 Augusta Ave. in Kensington Market, west side of the street, just south of Baldwin and a short walk north of Dundas. Easy, easy, easy, to get to by TTC as it's about equidistant from the Bathurst, College, Spadina, and Dundas streetcar lines with on street paid parking spots on Augusta and surrounding streets/avenues.

I'll try and reserve us a nice group of tables at the front of the restaurant where their BIG window is but, if for some reason that doesn't pan out and you're having trouble finding us just ask the wait staff for me (Paul....they should know me there by now! ;) and they'll point you in the right direction....
