NOTE: This event WILL continue under ANY weather conditions!
Join in as we tell the public to boycott KFC until they stop slitting chickens throats and dumping them into scalding water, often while still fully conscious and able to feel pain.

Media awareness about factory farms abuse is the meat and dairy industries worst nightmare. People who see or hear about news, often do an internet search. Searching the terms "KFC" and "PETA" will land "KFCCruelty.Com" as the first result. The public can then decide for themselves if they want to swallow KFC's cruelty, boycott KFC, or go vegetarian. PETA's site has turned so many people vegetarian, and the more people who see this abuse the more people that will make the compassionate decision.
This will be Compassion for Animals last KFC Media Event of 2007! PETA will be contacting media sources such as: TV, radio stations, newspapers, and magazines. This will be our biggest KFC protest media event of the year!

TIME: 2:00PM - 3:00PM
In this demonstration, Laura Lee will be sporting a bikini holding a sign saying "KFC Tortures Chicks," to bring attention in a creative way to this serious issue. We often hear PETA saying, "It's nothing compared to what the animals go through..." We agree!
We welcome anyone else that would like to brave the weather for the chicks and wear the bikini as well.
