Hi guys, please feel free to come along to this new meetup event that I have created. Harrods is the last department store in the whole of the uk to still sell animal fur. Fur farms are banned in this country, because of the extreme cruelty involved in this trade. Unfortunately the importation of fur products into this country is still legal, because of free trade laws. You may or may not be aware that singer Leona Lewis recently turned down one million pounds to open the Harrods winter sales. Animals on fur farms are skinned alive, anally electrocuted and gassed to death. They spend their entire lives in tiny wire mesh cages, where they display steryotipic behaviours such as cannibalism and self mutilation.

This demonstration will go on till about 4pm at the very least, unless the weather is exceptionally bad for a prolonged period of time. After the demo we normally go to a pub nearby, and then to a nice veggie restaurant as well. You are welcome to come to these events as well. The nearest tube station is Knightsbridge, which is on the piccaddily line. Take the Harrods/Brompton Road exit. I am not sure which door we will be starting at yet,so you can either just turn up and go round each door till you find us,or else you can call me to find out this info. My mobile number is 07950574383

I hope to see lots of you there. Take care.
